I started tutoring as an 8th grader as a part of the National Junior Honor Society. Ever since then I was hooked on helping people with Math. I went on to receive 5s on both my AP Calc and AP Stats exams and graduate at the top of my class. After high school, I received a full academic scholarship to Brevard College in North Carolina where I obtained my Bachelors Degree in Mathematics and Education with my secondary teaching credential from the state of North Carolina.

While in Brevard, I ran the Math Department at the Academic Enrichment Center. I was our lead math tutor and oversaw all of the study plans for our math students. I was awarded an Award of Excellence from the ETS for my Mathematical Content Knowledge Exam.

ABOUT Mrs. Anderson
Hi! I’m Ally Anderson. I am a wife, mother, and passionate homeschool teacher. I love bringing lessons to life in my home. My children and I have learned about so many amazing things using experiments, adventures, media, books, and fun foods. I am always looking for ways to tell my children, and their friends, about their incredible strengths, and always seeking to compliment their giftings. I have been a part of the Writtenburg program team, and now I am excited to teach my favorite subject, MATH! My goal is to support homeschooling parents, bring lessons to life in a fun and dynamic way, and help each child grow an excitement and love for math.
ABOUT Mr. Roussin
Hi! My name is Michael Roussin and I am currently a student at Cal State Fullerton. I have been teaching children for a huge portion of my life from Sports, Camps, and many tutoring sessions throughout college. I love teaching children because growing up I had some pretty rough teachers, but I always had some who I will never forget. I strive to be the teacher kids will remember and have some fun while doing so. My goal is to bring the classroom to life by doing tons of fun experiments with some little competitions here and there. My goal is to put a smile on each and every child's face while they work on their problem solving skills. I cannot wait to meet and bond with everyone.
